How do I care for my handmade items?

Gentle hand cleaning is best to preserve your jewellery and decoupaged dishes. Wipe gently with a dry cloth to keep your keepsake looking lovely!

Are the materials safe and natural?

Yes, all materials are chosen for their quality and eco-friendliness, perfect for wearing or gifting.

What is your policy on returns?

Returns are accepted within 14 days for items in original condition. The sender covers return postage costs.

Is Your Packaging Sustainable?

I reuse packaging wherever possible. Your mermaid treasure will arrive carefully packaged in a reused, recyclable box or padded envelope. My stylish black gift boxes are made from recycled materials, lined with fashion industry offcuts, and are also recyclable.
